Pricing for shipping services will change effective Sunday, Jan. 18, according to the U.S. Postal Service. First-class letter ($0.42), flats and parcels under 13 ounces are not changing until May 2009. Average price changes: Express Mail 5.7 percent, Priority Mail 3 percent and Parcel Select 5.9 percent.
