"Legal Essentials for Entrepreneurs" is the title of the next Business Booster Series program from 12:30-3:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, in Devlin Hall. Anna Ritchie and Richard C. Stevens will help participants learn employee basics and best practices, company formation and financing, including entity selection, taxation and protecting intellectual property.
