Peter Roman, political science professor, coordinator of the Social Sciences Unit, and a member of the Political Science Program at the CUNY Graduate Center, will present a lecture, "The Cuban Political System and Cuban Proposals for Reform," at 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, at 132 Hughes Metropolitan Complex. Enter door C. Snacks will be available prior to the lecture at 6:30 p.m. Roman was invited by the Global Learning Center.
