Watkins Visiting Professorship Lecture Series: Chemistry

Neil L. Kelleher will present a public lecture, "A cell-based approach to cataloguing protein molecules in the human body," at 2:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 9, in 209 Hubbard Hall. He also will present a technical lecture, "On the value of proteoform-resolved measurements in translational proteomics," at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, in 324 McKinley Hall. Kelleher is the Walter and Mary Elizabeth Glass Professor of Chemistry, Molecular Biosciences and Medicine at Northwestern University. His visit is part of the Watkins Visiting Professorship Lecture Series. Kelleher's research focuses on biomedical discovery using frontline methods for highly sensitive precise protein analyses based on newly developed capabilities in mass spectrometry and associated separations.
