President Bardo invites campus to participate in open forum Thursday, Nov. 12
In light of recent events at the University of Missouri and elsewhere, I'd like to provide time this Thursday to come together as a community for dialogue about diversity and opportunities for moving forward together.
We can't control events elsewhere, but through open and continuing discussion, we can live out our own WSU Values. They include:
- Seizing opportunities
- Success for all stakeholders
- Diversity of culture, thought and experience
- Adaptive approaches
- Teamwork
- Positive risk-taking
Thursday's forum won't be the only opportunity to be heard and hear others. We'll continue to have these open dialogue sessions throughout the academic year.
If your schedule allows, please join the discussion from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, in 266 Rhatigan Student Center.
