The WSU Foundation will not process requisitions during the campus shutdown for the week of Dec. 21 or Dec. 28, except for emergencies. Payables will need to be to the foundation by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16. Checks will be issued on Friday, Dec. 18. Please forward all deposits for 2015 to the WSU Foundation by Friday, Dec. 18, before you leave for campus shutdown, or Thursday, Dec. 31, if you should work during the shutdown. The foundation office will only be closed at noon Thursday, Dec. 24, and Friday, Dec. 25. All gifts for calendar year 2015 must be at the foundation by noon Thursday, Jan. 7, 2016. You must include the envelope the checks were mailed in so that we have the postmarked date of Dec. 31, 2015, or prior.
