The Office of Human Resources (HR) will retire the AAO-1 Search Process Reports on Monday, Jan. 4, 2016. Those who are conducting searches and have an approved AAO-1 Step 1 will complete their search using the retired AAO-1 forms. All new University Support Staff and Unclassified Professional searches will use the new search forms found in Reporting Services.

HR has updated their Web pages on how to use the new forms. Benefits include an 85 percent reduction in approvals, a 79 percent reduction of paperwork, no formulas, scoring, ranking or ratings.
