Candidates for university marketing position to make presentations today (Dec. 1) and tomorrow (Dec. 2)
Tara Clary is marketing manager of Davis-Moore Auto Group where her role is to plan, manage and implement strategic advertising, charitable giving and public relations for five Davis-Moore dealerships and provide strategic marketing consultation for Clint Bowyer dealerships in Emporia.
Duties include multicampaign management, multimillion dollar budget management, strategizing multimedia advertising, website and social media analytics and evaluation, working with the media and event planning, all while collaborating with dealership sales mangers, dealership owners and multiple creative agencies. Clary previously worked as marketing and public relations coordinator for the Wichita Symphony Society and account executive for Cresthill Suites Hotel. She has a WSU Bachelor of Arts in Music Theater Performance.
Carrie Miller is marketing communications manager of University of Texas at Dallas, where her role is to oversee social media, Web, print, digital design and photography; manage the university marketing and advertising budgets; secure advertising across digital and traditional media channels; oversee all external publications; conduct qualitative and quantitative research; present research results to university personnel; brand management and compliance with university's image, mission and goals; and work with the university's communications/public relations office.
Miller previously served as creative services director of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, and as a multimedia designer. She has a University of Dallas Bachelor of Arts in Art and a master's in communication from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
