* Remember that the Angel Tree gifts are due back to the RSC information desk by Wednesday, Dec. 9.
* The next USS Senate meeting will be held from 3:30-5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9, in 200 Lindquist Hall. Meetings are the second Wednesday of each month from 3:30-5 p.m., and are open to all.
* The University of Kansas' NIH COBRE Center for Molecular Analysis of Disease Pathways (CMADP) has announced its upcoming Pilot Project Competition. This competition is open to all full-time, tenure-track or tenured faculty at WSU, KU, KSU or KUMC whose research embraces the molecular analysis of disease pathways in the broadest sense. * The Office of Academic Affairs is conducting an internal search for a tenured professor to lead the new Institute for Interdisciplinary Creativity. The successful candidate will be someone with a major track record and commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration and leading innovation-focused groups in research and creative projects. * Final grading for fall 2015 courses is open. Faculty can access the Banner grading form via the Teach/Advise tab in the myWSU portal. The grading period will close at 10 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15. A grading email with further details was sent to faculty and staff who are flagged as eligible instructors in Banner. Questions about grading can be directed to the Office of the Registrar at 978-3090.
