The call for presentations for WSU's 3rd annual Gender & Sexuality conference on Friday, March 4, co-sponsored by the Department of Sociology, Elliott School of Communication and the Office of Diversity & Inclusion, is now live at http://www.wichita.edu/genderconference. Lisa Wade will be the keynote speaker. Submissions of original research and scholarship in any discipline from colleges and universities in Kansas is welcome.

Our primary goals are to create connections and dialogue among gender and sexuality scholars across the state and to provide students an opportunity to gain experience presenting research. We hope that you will consider submitting a proposal, consisting of a 200-300 word summary of your proposed presentation. The deadline for submissions is Sunday, Jan. 31.
