- ICDs and Purchase Orders must be received and approved by the Purchasing Office by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11.
- Inter-Organization Transfer Documents (IOTDs) must be received by the Financial Operations Office by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11.
* The University of Kansas' NIH COBRE Center for Molecular Analysis of Disease Pathways (CMADP) has announced its upcoming Pilot Project Competition. This competition is open to all full-time, tenure-track or tenured faculty at WSU, KU, KSU or KUMC whose research embraces the molecular analysis of disease pathways in the broadest sense. * The Office of Academic Affairs is conducting an internal search for a tenured professor to lead the new Institute for Interdisciplinary Creativity. The successful candidate will be someone with a major track record and commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration and leading innovation-focused groups in research and creative projects. In additional to their current tenured position, the successful candidate will take on the additional responsibilities of the director, and be compensated with a stipend from the professorship fund. * The WSU Foundation will not process requisitions during the campus shutdown for the week of Dec. 21 or Dec. 28, except for emergencies. Payables will need to be to the foundation by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16. Checks will be issued on Friday, Dec. 18. Please forward all deposits for 2015 to the WSU Foundation by Friday, Dec. 18, before you leave for campus shutdown, or Thursday, Dec. 31, if you should work during the shutdown. The WSU Foundation office will only be closed at noon Thursday, Dec. 24, and Friday, Dec. 25.

* Participants ages 19-55 years old are needed to help the Software Usability Research Lab (SURL) investigate how people use different monitor configurations for typical office tasks. Qualified participants will be compensated with $100 for their time. Complete the following survey if you are interested -- http://usabilitynews.org/study/.
