Third candidate for executive director of university marketing to make presentation
The position serves as chief operating officer of Strategic Communications. The session is open to the campus. University staff with communications responsibilities are especially encouraged to attend and complete comment forms.
Coleman-Martins is an international marketing manager-agriculture at Koch Agronomic Services. Her role is to promote five brands across multiple countries and languages, working with a network of global marketing agencies.
In 2012-13, during the Rhatigan Renewal, she served as director of marketing for the RSC and was responsible for driving campus use of the facilities during the period of extensive disruption caused by construction.
Prior to that, she served as manager, then director of creative services for Coleman Co. before its headquarters moved from Wichita to Denver. Her duties there included supervising a staff of 13, managing a $1 million marketing budget and developing marketing strategies and programs to support brands including Coleman, AeroBed, MadDod, Hodgman, Stearns and others.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from Newman University and a Masters in Business Administration from Baker University.
