To specify all enrollment defined in this policy must be at Wichita State University, and to remove the requirement that applications must be co-signed by the employee's department head for verification of eligibility. The enrollment at WSU requirement was inserted as new item 1.d, and the co-signer requirement was stricken from item 17.
