The Office of Human Resources (HR) will retire the AAO-1 Search Process Reports on Monday, Jan. 4. Those who are conducting searches and have an approved AAO-1 Step 1 will complete their search using the retired AAO-1 forms.

With the new search forms, you no longer need to recruit an engineering student to manipulate your AAO-1 spreadsheet and you won't need the fingers and toes of the whole search committee to calculate the scores.

All new University Support Staff and Unclassified Professional searches will use the new search forms found in Reporting Services. HR has updated their Web pages on how to use the new forms.

If you will be conducting a search, one hour Search Training classes start Tuesday, Jan. 5. You can register through myTraining in the faculty/staff portal immediately. For training registration questions, contact Randi Lindquist at 978-6683.
