A new online performance management system, myPerformance, is going live in 2016 at Wichita State. The myPerformance tool is used to develop employees, aiding them in achieving the goals laid out in the university's strategic plan. It is also helpful for managers as they can use myPerformance to inspire great work, motivate their employees and deliver results. myPerformance will be available for the planning phase of the 2016-17 annual evaluation cycle for all University Support Staff (USS) and Unclassified Professional (UP) employee evaluations.
