Do you know a student who could use free individualized tutoring?

Student Support Services (SSS) is a federally funded TRIO program that provides free academic services to first-generation students (neither parent has received a four-year degree) and/or have limited income (eligible for Pell grants).

The program provides eligible students with individualized tutoring, academic advising and academic success skill development.

Other free services include assistance with completing the FAFSA, financial and economic literacy, graduate school enrollment advice, access to a computer lab and text book library.

The program also offers scholarships exclusively for SSS participants. The program's goals are to help first-generation and/or students with limited income to persist and successfully graduate from Wichita State University.

For more information, visit our website at http://www.wichita.edu/sss or call 978-3715. You can also stop by our offices in 309 Grace Wilkie Hall.

Faculty are encouraged to share this information with their students and refer eligible students to our program for free services. We are excited to be of assistance and service to students at WSU.
