* If audio/visual presentation is part of your classroom needs, Campus Media Services provides training and key checkout to access media technology for all on-campus classrooms. Thirty-minute master classroom and data projector sessions are scheduled now through Tuesday, Jan. 19, in various campus locations. * The Office of Research will hold an open lab for Cayuse at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 20, in 405 Jardine Hall. Faculty and staff interested in submitting research proposal applications to the federal government through Cayuse should plan to attend. This is a come-and-go lab. No registration is required. * The Kansas NASA EPSCoR Program (KNEP) is seeking pre-proposals for eventual submission to a NASA Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN). The CAN opportunity includes up to $750,000 in funding for three years. All NASA EPSCoR monies must be cost-shared at a level of at least 50 percent with nonfederal monies. * Do you know a student who could use free individualized tutoring? Student Support Services (SSS) is a federally funded TRIO program that provides free academic services to first-generation students. * The State of Kansas (SOK) has announced that the 2015 W-2 forms are available online for viewing and printing through the Kansas Department of Administration Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal. The instructions for acquiring your W-2 online can be found on this website -- http://www.wichita.edu/j/?4511. If you have consented to receive your W-2 electronically, you may access your W-2 by going to the SOK Employee Self-Service Center at http://www.da.ks.gov/ps/subject/ssc/, clicking "Click here to Sign In" and logging in.

* Grading for spring 2016 pre-session courses is now open. Faculty can access the new Banner 9 grading form via the Teach/Advise tab in the myWSU portal. The Banner 8 grading form is also still available. The grading period will close at 10 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 20. A grading email with further details was sent to faculty and staff who are flagged as eligible instructors in Banner. Questions about grading can be directed to the Office of the Registrar at 978-3090.
