Keep calm and breathe on

Join the Counseling and Testing Center again this semester for Keep Calm & Breathe On. Build structured relaxation time in to your life and learn techniques to do relaxation on your own. You will be led in meditation, mindfulness and relaxation practices. The meetings are every Wednesday starting Feb. 10, from 12:15-12:45 p.m., in 257 RSC.
