President Bardo and the President's Executive Team have approved the following revisions to the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual:

(Replaces former Section 3.06, Prohibiting Discrimination on the Basis of Sex, including Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence)

To include all requirements under Title IX and Violence Against Women Act for prevention and response to incidents of sexual misconduct, relationship violence and stalking.
