'Tests: Making Anxiety Work for You'

It's a common occurrence for students to be stressed or anxious during tests. For some, tests are endured with extreme discomfort that can lead to decreased performance. The first Words for Wellness session of the semester will feature the topic, "Tests: Making Your Anxiety Work for You." Amy Barfield from the Counseling and Testing Center will help you learn how to manage your anxiety before and during tests to make your anxiety work for you from noon-12:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 1, in 142 RSC. Light refreshments will be provided.
