* It's a common occurrence to be stressed or anxious during tests. The first Words for Wellness session of the semester will feature the topic, "Tests: Making Your Anxiety Work for You." Amy Barfield from the Counseling and Testing Center will help you learn how to manage your anxiety before and during tests to make your anxiety work for you from noon-12:30 p.m. today (Monday, Feb. 1) in 142 RSC. Light refreshments will be provided.
* The Department of Biology hosts a public seminar from 4-5 p.m. Mondays in 218 Hubbard Hall. The next Spring 2016 Biology Department Seminar will be presented by Li Yao, WSU, today (Monday, Feb. 1). * WSU Theater students and faculty members produced a feature-length film, "Redux," as part of the WSU Theater season this year. * The Office of Research will host an informational webinar on Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grants from 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3, in 409E Jardine Hall. The webinar will provide details on how to find and apply for EPA grants, how to prepare a proper detailed budget and the EPA's new grants.gov requirement. It will conclude with a Q&A session.
