"2009 Your Year to Shine!" is the title of the first Soup with Substance in 2009 at noon Wednesday, Feb. 4. Enjoy a free bowl of soup as a panel of Heskett Center staff informs you of all the programs and services available at the Heskett Center. Following the presentation, participants will go on a scavenger hunt throughout the building.

The Lazyman's Ironman, Spring 2009 Incentive Program began Jan. 20. There is still time to sign up for this free program and complete the 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of biking and a 26.2 marathon run by May 19.
