Faculty and staff interested in attending WSU Days at KLC (Kansas Leadership Center) are invited to attend a session focusing on diversity on Monday, Feb. 15. KLC has three primary objectives:

1. Create a forum for an atypical discussion (conversations we are not accustomed to having at WSU)
2. Introduce a set of leadership ideas
3. Get on the balcony to gain perspective on adaptive challenges at WSU

These same objectives apply to the upcoming Feb. 15 session, focused on diversity. Most importantly, our aspiration is that participants will leave the session with ideas for "experiments" that could enhance our work in promoting diversity at WSU.
