myPerformance, the new online performance management system, will go live on Tuesday, March 1. myPerformance will be available for the planning phase of the 2016-17 annual evaluation cycle for all University Support Staff (USS) and Unclassified Professional (UP) employee evaluations. The 2015-16 annual evaluations will be completed in the format you are currently using. Training on how to use myPerformance will start on Monday, Feb. 22, for employees, managers and indirect managers. Register through the myTraining link on the myWSU Faculty/Staff page.
