Student Involvement learning outcomes show growth in 13 categories of learning. Student leaders directly advised by the Student Involvement staff completed a pre- and post-inventory as part of their involvement experience on a variety of student councils, including Community Service Board, Interfraternity Council, Multicultural Greek Council, Panhellenic Council and Student Activities Council. Through programs that allow students to apply the skills they are learning through their in-class and out-of-class experience, student leaders noted growth in areas such as leadership development, multicultural competency, interpersonal communication, social responsibility and civic engagement, collaboration and more.
