* Join us for our next installation in the RSO Workshop Series with OrgSync Training at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, Feb. 17) in 256 RSC. These trainings are meant to show students and advisors how to increase their use of the student organization management system. * Free STI testing will be offered from 1-4 p.m. today (Wednesday, Feb. 17) in Student Health Services, 209 Ahlberg Hall. Gonorrhea and chlamydia will be collected with urine specimens. Please do not use the restroom at least one hour prior to testing. The free testing is sponsored by Student Health Services and Kansas Pathology Consultants.
* WSU's goal is to welcome and support research and collaboration opportunities in the most welcoming manner possible, while also assuring compliance with U.S. laws and regulations governing technical data, exports and imports. All students or researchers are required to be familiar with these regulations. Visit the compliance specialists between 9-11 a.m. today (Wednesday, Feb. 17) in the Innovation Hub, 215 Devlin Hall, to see how these regulations and laws pertain to you.
* Don't forget to pick up your tickets to hear Tim Wise speak at 6:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, Feb. 17) at the Eugene M. Hughes Metropolitan Complex. Wise is among the most prominent anti-racist writers and educators in the U.S. Students get one complimentary ticket. Pick up your ticket from the University Bookstore or the Office of Diversity and Inclusion in 208 RSC.
* World Anthropology Day is a day for anthropologists to share their excitement about their discipline with the public around them. The Department of Anthropology is celebrating World Anthropology Day from 1-5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, in Neff Hall.
