Reminders, deadlines and events
* Join the Office of International Education and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion for our Religious Brown Bag Series: Building a More Inclusive World from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. today (Tuesday, Feb. 23) in 265 RSC.
* Are vaping and E-cigarettes safe to use? Come learn and participate in a discussion about cost and concerns of vaping and E-cigarettes. The event will be held today (Tuesday, Feb. 23) at Pete's Place Lounge in the RSC, on the first floor near the north entrance. There are two time slots for the discussion, 11:30 a.m.-noon and 12:15-12:45 p.m.
* A panel of speakers will discuss Open Source and The Globalization of Services today (Tuesday, Feb. 23) in Donald L. Beggs Hall main lobby. Food will be served and networking will begin at 5:30 p.m., and the presentation will begin at 6 p.m.
* The Office of International Education is hosting an informational meeting about WSU study abroad programs for faculty and staff at 3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, in 319 RSC. All staff and faculty are encouraged to attend, especially those who advise students on academic programs or organize their own faculty-led study abroad programs. * The Meritrust Spring 2016 Business Booster Series begins with a program, "How to Build a Website Google Loves," from 12:30-3:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, in Devlin Hall. The cost is just $10 for faculty and staff. Go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?4611 for more information and/or to register.
* The WSU Leadership Academy is sponsoring a workshop,"Take Care of Yourself," from 1-5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 29, at WSU Old Town.
