President Bardo and the President's Office are starting a new campaign called Shocker Spotlight to highlight WSU students who have gone above and beyond to show their Shocker spirit in innovation, the community, globally, etc. President Bardo wants to give recognition to these students to show his support, and to encourage them to continue going above and beyond in Shocker spirit. He also wants to use the campaign to encourage others to strive to reach their potential as Wichita State Shockers. Anyone can nominate a student by going to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?4621 and fill out the information, and provide a photo of the nominee. A new Shocker Spotlight will be showcased every week on President Bardo's Twitter and Facebook pages. Each week, a student in Shocker Spotlight will receive a gift from President Bardo and the President's Office.
