Do you qualify for an Osher Scholarship?

The Office of Adult Learning is excited to share a recent change to the Osher Scholarship eligibility requirements. This scholarship opportunity is now available for all current students. Previously, the scholarship was only available to newly-admitted students. Please share this with any adult learner you may find to be a good candidate.

To qualify to apply for the Osher Scholarship a student must be:
- 25 or older
- Have a minimum five-year cumulative gap between high school and when s/he started or returned to college
- Be an admitted WSU student
- Pursing her or his first undergraduate degree

Students who are selected for the Osher Scholarship receive funding each fall and spring semester until they graduate, among other benefits of being a part of the scholarship group.

Full-time students are awarded $1,250/semester and part-time are awarded $625/semester.
