The Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) is a transformative five-day experience that allows each participant to evolve and expand their leadership skills and abilities. Whether you are an experienced or novice leader, SLI will help you to develop and reflect upon where you currently are, and where you would like to be as a leader. Participants will be divided in to leadership squads that meet throughout the institute, where they will have the opportunity to discuss and reflect upon the leadership lessons taught. Participants of SLI will not only grow in their leadership skills, but also their critical thinking, self-awareness and team building skills.
