* Faye Belgrave, a psychology professor at Virginia Commonwealth University, will be the first colloquium speaker for this spring at 2 p.m. today (Thursday, Feb. 12) in 127 Jabara Hall. Her topic will be "HIV/AIDS Programming for African-American Females: Integrating Community and Culture."
* Nominations are being sought for Unclassified Professional 2009 President's Distinguished Service Awards. Use the paper form sent in the campus mail, or go to the Unclassified Professional Senate Web site at http://webs.wichita.edu/?u=UPSENATE&p=/nomination/. The nomination deadline is noon, Friday, Feb. 27.
