Leading Adaptively in the University -- a three-day leadership development program for faculty and staff who are interested in making progress on difficult issues they are facing -- will be held Wednesday-Friday, April 20-22. This program operates on the premise that leadership is an activity, not a role or position, and that anyone can lead anytime, anywhere. Staff will need approval from their supervisor as stated in the application. The program is limited to 25 participants and there is no cost to attend.
