University Support Staff (USS) employees are encouraged to nominate peers for USS senate. Nominations for Wichita State USS senators will be today (Friday, April 1) to Friday, April 8. All nominations are subject to approval by the nominee before being added to the final ballot for elections. Elected senators serve a two-year term. The USS Senate exists to promote the interests of all USS employees, to provide an open forum for the expression of these interests and to regularize the exchange of information between administrators, faculty, students and employees of the university.
