* The CUW Scholarship Bash is from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. today (Wednesday, April 13) in the Beggs Ballroom, RSC.
* Baylee Cunningham, the City of Wichita's Air Quality Specialist, will address air quality concerns in Wichita and discuss consequences Wichita could face if the city were to go out of compliance with national standards. The WSU Green Group event will be held from 2-3 p.m. today (Wednesday, April 13) in 203 RSC.
* The next Physics Seminar will feature a presentation by Professor Sulaiman Aldoohan, Oklahoma University, at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, April 13) in 128 Jabara Hall. Aldoohan will present "Medical Physics and CT X-ray beam Image Quality and Dose Optimization."
* The next Chemistry Department Colloquium talk will feature a presentation by David Clemmer from Indiana University, at 3:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, April 13) in 224 McKinley Hall.
* The Tilford Commission will meet to provide updates on the commission's work and the many diversity-related efforts being made across campus from 3:30-5 p.m. today (Wednesday, April 13) in 301 RSC. This is a great opportunity to get involved with diversity initiatives at WSU. All are welcome.
* The Tilford Commission invites WSU faculty and staff to its annual Fellowship Colloquium from noon-2 p.m. Friday, April 22, in 301 RSC. Lunch is provided. RSVP to janis.hudson@wichita.edu by today (Wednesday, April 13).
* Submit a flyer and logo with a tag line for WSU's Title IX Campaign by Friday, April 15. The winning campaign will be the new face of Title IX across campus in print and online materials. Prizes will be given to the top three submissions. Email your submissions to TitleIX@wichita.edu.
