* In observation of Black History Month, Karim Ochosi from the University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, Wash., will discuss the influences and contributions that African Americans have had on the progression of exercise science at 11 a.m. today (Friday, Feb. 20) in 211 Hubbard Hall.

* WSUiR will air a special rebroadcast of a recent gallery talk at Fisch Haus. Schuyler Jones and Giorgiann Liu share amazing portrayals of their travels to Afghanistan, both recent and decades-past. * Gerald Norwood will present "The Face Value of Slavery: Reflecting Its Economic Impact in Paper Currency" from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, outside special collections in the lower level of Ablah Library. Admission to the program, sponsored by WSU's Library Associates, is free.
