Debate: 'Which ideology is best, Democratic or Republican?'

A debate featuring state chairmen Kelly Arnold (GOP) and Lee Kinch (Democrat) will be held from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Thursday, April 14, in 101 Lindquist Hall at Wichita State University. The debate -- "Which ideology is best, Democratic or Republican?" -- is open to the public.
