A retirement reception for Wilma Moore-Black will be held from 2-4 p.m. Thursday, April 21, in 102C Elliott Hall. Refreshments will be served. Black has served as associate director of Communication Upward Bound, a U.S. Department of Education program housed in WSU's Elliott School of Communication.
