Campus Sexual Assault Research Presentation

The Community Psychology Association (CPsyA) has designated the past two years to research and policy advocacy surrounding sexual assault prevention on WSU's campus.

Through focus groups and a survey of students, faculty and staff, CPsyA has attempted to understand the culture surrounding sexual assault at WSU in order to make recommendations for future services and areas of intervention. As their research comes to a close, they are ready to release their findings and engage in a discussion about ways to move forward and plan for prevention through university policies and services.

This event is a part of the Interfraternity Council's "Sexual Assault Prevention Awareness Week."

Students, faculty and staff are invited to learn about CPsyA's research and recommendations to prevent future sexual assaults on WSU's campus at a brown bag meeting from noon-1 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, in 266 RSC.
