The WSU Symphony Orchestra will present the final concert of the season at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 28, in Miller Concert Hall. The program, featuring music by Mozart, Tchaikovsky and Haydn, will be led by Mark Laycock. The WSU A Cappella Choir, directed by Thomas Wine, will join with the orchestra to perform Joseph Haydn's "Missa Brevis Sancti Joannis de Deo in Bb." Nicknamed "Little Organ Mass," the modest yet delightful work features solo organ and soprano. WSU faculty members Lynne Davis, organ, and Emily Sternfeld-Dunn, soprano, will appear.
