Fall 2016 will see a new tradition at Wichita State. Wu-Rah will replace Convocation, an event that has been on campus for 15 years. The new event will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 26, in Charles Koch Arena. Wu-Rah will still feature some of the same traditions students have come to enjoy in Convocation, namely the free food and T-shirt. This event will be a fun back-to-school pep rally that will introduce new students to WSU traditions and energize returning students as they begin the semester.
