The State Health Plan is conducting a random dependent verification, performed by Aon Hewitt. Letters were mailed around March 31 to selected employees requesting dependent eligibility information. Follow the instructions on the letter to comply with their request. A follow-up email from donotreply@plan-smart.com will also be sent to your preferred email with the State Health Plan.
