Reminders Reminders

*Dick Gustafson of the University of Michigan will present "LIGO Gravitational Wave Observatory" as part of the Spring 2009 Physics Seminar and Colloquium Series at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, Feb. 25) in 128 Jabara Hall.

* "The Uses of a Demon: Pazuzu in Modern Pop Culture" will be presented by Nils Heessel, Assyrian Studies, University of Heidelberg, at 3:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, Feb. 25) in 100 Lindquist Hall. Heessel will discuss the history and uses of the Assyrian and Babylonian Demon Pazuzu in modern popular culture.

* The Morrison Hall Copy Center and Ahlberg Hall Copy Center will be closed Thursday and Friday, Feb. 26-27, for training. Please notify the copy centers in advance if you need a job done during that timeframe. If you have questions, contact Stephanie Rhodes, copy center coordinator, at 978-3546.

* Last call for nominations for the Unclassified Professional 2009 President's Distinguished Service Awards. The deadline is noon, Friday. Feb. 27.
