One Day Without a Home is a new initiative event hosted by Community Service Board. You will have the opportunity to learn more about homelessness in our community. The School of Social Work will have a lunch panel from noon-1 p.m. Friday, April 29, in the Shocker Hall Multipurpose Room. There will also be a tie-blanket service project for the Union Rescue Mission from 1-3 p.m. in the Shocker Hall courtyard. Throughout the day, there will be a poster display of "A Day in the Life of Homelessness in Wichita" in the courtyard.
