Reminders, deadlines and events

* See the best research being conducted at WSU at the 12th annual Graduate Research and Scholarly Projects (GRASP) event today (Friday, April 29) in the Shirley Beggs Ballroom, RSC. Stop by from 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. to view more than 90 poster sessions. Oral presentations will be held from 10 a.m.-2:40 p.m. in 265 RSC.

* Want to share your thoughts on how mental health impacts WSU students? Stop by the NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) on Campus table in the RSC between 11 a.m.-1 p.m. today (Friday, April 29) and Wednesday, May 4. We'll have interactive activities and candy. * The Student Government Association invites you to participate in a bicycle survey to help SGA understand the attitudes, concerns and issues concerning creating a bicycle master plan at Wichita State University. Go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?4747

* The Council of University Women (CUW) is accepting applications for the CUW Scholarship now to Saturday, April 30, for the 2016-17 academic year. Go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?4748

* Join the Wichita State Concert Chorale and A Cappella Choir as they present a concert that celebrates two very different musical settings of the mass at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, May 1, in Wiedemann Hall. Admission is free for students with a WSU ID.

* A survey that will have a direct effect on future dining options at Wichita State is underway, and students, faculty and staff are encouraged to take part. Six Visa gift cards worth a total value of $275 will be given out to randomly selected winners who fill out the survey.

* Spend the last day of the semester enjoying Wichita's local restaurants on wheels. SAC will host food trucks and feature a film called "Kings of Summer," on Thursday, May 5. Food truck service begins at 7 p.m., and the movie will start at 8 p.m. Kick back and relax before you take your finals.
