President Bardo and the president's executive team have approved the following revisions to the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual:

To comply with new Federal OMB 2 CFR 200 Uniform Guidance, and to increase sole source limit to $10,000 for nonfederal funds. All former sections in Chapter 14 were rescinded with the adoption of the above. The administrative procurement manual linked in Section 14.01 will be updated soon.
