Welcomefest is a two-week series of events at the beginning of each semester that includes entertainers, crafts and other programming to welcome students back to campus. Welcomefest will take place from Saturday, Aug. 20-Saturday, Sept. 3, with events sponsored by student groups and campus departments. To register your events for inclusion in Welcomefest publications, go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?4763. Student Involvement reserves the right to deny or terminate any events not planned completely or deemed inappropriate for Welcomefest and/or the people in attendance. Submissions are due by 5 p.m. Friday, July 15. Forms received after that will not be advertised in Welcomefest publications.
