Akiiki Daisy Kabagarama and State Senator Oletha Faust-Goudeau will present "Maraka -- Voices of Harmony." There will be a social hour at 6 p.m., and the program starts at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 7, in the CAC Theater. This is an evening of drumming, music, drama, comedy, dance and poetry that shows our unity through diversity. The event is co-sponsored with the WSU School of Community Affairs, DrumBeat PeaceWorks, WSU Office of Diversity and Inclusion, WSU Community Liaison Chinyere G. Okafor, Assistant to the President for Diversity Marche Fleming-Randle, WSU Department of Women's Studies and Religion, The Peace/Stop the Violence Coalition, WSU College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, WSU Office of the President for Diversity and Faust-Goudeau.
