Reminders, deadlines, events and Shocker Blast

* Green Zone Training is available for faculty and staff members who would like to learn more about working with student veterans. There are sessions scheduled at 2 p.m. today (Monday, May 9) and 10 a.m. Thursday, May 19. If you are interested in signing up for this training, go to myTraining on myWSU to register. * Many universities have launched crowdfunding programs, and we are interested in hearing from you about crowdfunding opportunities that exist here at Wichita State. * WSU's Anthropology Department and the United Way of the Plains are sponsoring a free public screening of "Dirty Paws," a documentary about homelessness and pet ownership in Wichita, at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, at The Orpheum Theatre, 200 N. Broadway.

* If you are renting a locker in the Heskett Center, you must have it cleared out on or before Friday, May 13. When you clear out your locker, bring your lock to Guest Services. And if you want a locker renewal for summer, please go to Guest Services as well.
