* If you are renting a locker in the Heskett Center, you must have it cleared out by today (Friday, May 13). When you clear out your locker, bring your lock to Guest Services. And if you want a locker renewal for summer, please go to Guest Services as well.

* The Office of Human Resources is hosting its continuing Eat & Educate aka Munch & Mingle from noon-1 p.m. today (Friday, May 13) in 213 Clinton Hall. Bring your lunch and be prepared to discuss "Applicant tracking -- what search chairs need to know," "New hires -- paperwork and the first week" and "Contacting HR -- what's your preferred method." We encourage pertinent questions and open discussion at this open forum.

* More than 2,300 students are eligible to participate in the 118th spring commencement ceremonies tomorrow (Saturday, May 14) at WSU, with ceremonies in Charles Koch Arena. * All faculty and staff are invited to participate in Conceal Carry Policy Forums facilitated by the WSU General Counsel's office and the WSU Police Department. The purpose of the forum is to engage WSU faculty and staff in an open discussion of the extension of Kansas weapons policies to include university campuses, WSU Weapons Possession Policy and the impact of allowing weapons to be carried on campus. The open forums will be held from 2-4 p.m. Monday, May 16, and 9-11 a.m. Tuesday, May 31, in the CAC Theater.

* This summer, the Counseling and Testing Center will offer multiple groups for students, faculty and staff. All groups are free to attend. * Team AIDS Walk wants you. Form a team and build a sense of teamwork while demonstrating your community involvement for the Aids Walk 2016 at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 21, at the Workroom parking lot, 150 N. Cleveland in Wichita. The event is co-sponsored by WSU's Office of Diversity and Inclusion. The cost is $25 and includes registration and a T-shirt. Proceeds will benefit the clients of Positive Directions Inc.
