When Jessica Hatfield started attending Wichita State in 2012, she was interested in marketing. However, when she started thinking about her future, she could not see herself in the marketing industry. She instead grew passionate about human resources. Hatfield is doing a co-op with Hampel Oil as the human resources generalist. This co-op opportunity has led to a full-time job after graduation.
